“AVOID: Shuttle bus failed to collect us, to take us back to the airport, leaving us stranded. Fortunately, we managed to get a public taxi to the airport, just in time to catch our flight home. Complained to Holiday Taxis Customer Relations, and asked them to reimburse us for the €45 taxi fare, that their failure to honour our contract had cost us. Fuerteventura Airport Transfers then fabricated a story about what happened, and even though their story didn’t make sense, and clearly breached Holiday Taxis own T&Cs, Holiday Taxis showed absolutely zero interest in resolving the matter fairly, and after 9 emails to them I had to give up.”
