“Easy to book and digital voucher. Agent on arrival was exceedingly rude and told us we should of printed the voucher. Not so, and then proceeded to be argumentative. Embarrassing and unnecessary. Transfer itself was excellent, driver announced each drop off. Have recommended to friends, but advised maybe print voucher just in case they are challenged as we were.”
