“Apart from queuing for more than 20 minutes (despite pre-booking) at the Taxi desk it was a superb service. Only comment is, it would be better for pre-booked taxi's to have the driver waiting outside arrivals with your name on a board to save queuing at the desk. We queued at the Taxi desk only to be informed of our driver who had been stood more or less alongside us for the whole 20 plus minutes queuing time.”
