In June I booked a normal bus. Since the ride was too long for me I booked a fast bus in November which cost twice as much. Unfortunately I had to realize that the fast bus needs the same route and time as the normal bus 2h drive last hotel of 12. That can not be. I hereby request the surcharge for the express bus back. Kind regards”
