“Driver didn't speak ANY English. He didn't know how to get to my hotel even after me trying to explain where to drop me.
On return driver didn't even come to my hotel. I had to telephone the company to be told he was at a different hotel and I had to make my way to the other hotel or he wouldn't wait for me. Being disable this was totally unacceptable. A member of my hotel reception team had to go and see where he was.”
