No reply for assistance from local office at 6pm. Rang UK help number on hold for 10 minutes then was told the bus waited half an hour outside the hotel but we were a no show, this was a lie we were not at a hotel and was at pick up point 15 minutes prior to pick up time as requested. Eventually told to get taxi to airport to make return flight to Liverpool. Still awaiting reply to claim for the €53 taxi fare after one week after returning home.”
