“We booked two minibuses for an airport transfer, one minibus didn't show up (despite waiting for 30 minutes) I was provided with numbers on an invoice, these didn't work, I was provided with different numbers via text the day before, these didn't work, the emergency / out of hours number played an unhelpful automated e-mail then cut the phone down.”
