“We were not collected from the airport until 75minutes after our flight had landed despite the fact that we stood in the exact location agreed in our booking for 45minutes. We had to telephone Holiday taxis twice before we were collected - these were expensive phone calls.
My husband then had to push the luggage quite a long distance to the taxi over sometimes difficult terrain - all unaided by the female taxi driver.
The driver spent quite a lot of time reading and sending text messages whilst driving down the motorway at 100 kilometres per hour - very unsafe.”
