“The transfer did not happen, and the money still was not returned!
When we were ready to go to the airport, nobody just came.
The carrier said on the phone that a driver couldn't come due to a traffic jam and I should go to the airport somehow by myself. And as I understood - they messed up the time. And we had to just try to call an uber to go.
I immediately created a ticket to return the money, but nobody answered even after several repeats. I can't reach them via phone too.
Just a terrible experience. And I just can't believe that can happen. Never use this service.”
“What a horrible experience. Meet & Greet is a joke as I had to wait
for the drivers. The return transfer to the airport was even worse as the driver
was 1 h late. Not even a call to inform us about the delay. Assistance from the
call centre was non existent.”
