“Due to flight delays at Kuala Lumpur I ended up paying twice for the same transfer. I assume at 1am Monday morning there would no-one at Hughes the transfer co. I assumed they would be reviewing the flight as I had to supply all the details but obviously not ! At the luggage carousel I phoned and they put me through to the driver, who eventually said he had to go and I had to book another transfer. I ask what is the point of flight details !!”
