“Long wait for Driver. Supervisor turned up and said driver was “on his way”. Took us through to the car park where we again waited for driver!
As we had not booked a return, the supervisor suggested that we could ring him and arrange for a driver to collect us from hotel. Rang on a number of occasions and left messages but he did not respond until we were home! Not a good service.”
