“I want to share my experience with Holidaytaxis .I'm not a first time client, and I had several good experiences with Holidaytaxis, which is why I booked a taxi this time as well. But unlike the other times, this experience was awful.
I had a reservation to pick me and my family up from the airport on the 26th of August .
Unfortunately the flight was delayed by more then 2 hours, which is why we called the supplier 5 hours beforehand and informed them about the delay (after which we were reassured that the driver is aware of the delay).
The driver reached to us and we updated him via WhatsApp when the plane took off and when we would land approximately.
We landed and contacted the driver, after which he sent us the directions to the pick up spot and mentioned that he was in a hurry since he was late to another pick up.
When we arrived at the spot where he said to meet him, he wasn't there and wasn't answering calls or massages, thus we had to find ourselves another transportation.”
