“We arrived at the airport and found a group of men with names on pieces of paper stuck together on a board. I told him my name and he told me to wait to the side. We waited for about 45 minutes and no one arrived. Multiple people looked at our booking and just told us to wait. Finally, we were instructed to take a seat in the arrivals area whilst they found two more people. After about 90 minutes, we were finally put into a taxi with another couple.”
