“Vehicle too small. Despite advising you in advance that there would be 2 passengers,2 suitcases and 2 sets of golf clubs you send a saloon car. The driver initially tried to force the boot shut on one set of clubs but the boot would not close. Eventually he managed to get everything in however I’m not sure how the golf clubs avoided being damaged.”
