“Booked a return from Marbella 22/08/19 and 26/08/19, got a confirmation text day before to say my return was all confirmed, and to be at the accommodation 15 mins before the collection time. 8 of us waiting (with 4 kids), no call from Holiday taxis, rang them after not hearing anything because they were late, to be told they would not be coming!!!! Didn't even tell us, had to pay for two taxi's (MYSELF!!) at short notice to come and take us to airport.
Out of pocket, unhappy. NIGHTMARE!!!!!! RIPPED OFF!!!!”
