“Terrible service, failed to pick my sister and I up from Malaga Airport and we had to pay €70 for a taxi on top of our HolidayTaxis fee. They didn’t answer any of our calls and when we sent an email of complaint it took them a week to answer, and that was to tell us that our email was forwarded to their complaints department! That was two weeks ago and we’ve heard nothing since. We canceled our return transfer fearing the same thing might happen, and they charged us a fee fo that too. In total our airport transfer cost us about €250 for a round trip of two and half hours.”
“We had to wait for just under an hour for other (separate) guests on our shuttle bus transfer. I guess when you select the ‘shuttle bus’ option then this can happen (and is explained in the paperwork that you May have to wait for up to an hour), but previously we’ve only ever waited a maximum of 20 minutes.
Once they arrived the journey and route to our hotel was excellent.”
