“I booked a private transfer. For the return trip no taxi arrived. It was only by chance that I spoke to a mini van driver who already had another family and he advised that he was there to collect me. No sign and nothing on car. If I had not have asked him by chance I would have been left stranded. After complaining to Holiday Taxis, it took 6 weeks for them to reply with an offer of refund. 1 month later, it still has not been paid.”

“The driver one way was terrible. Constantly on his phone calling and texting (not hands free) and all over the road. Really poor. The return journey was fine although it was not a private transfer- it was a bus with another 2 families. I won't use this again.”

“Very pleased with this taxi service. We were delayed going out and the driver waited and was there for us when we arrived. Very friendly and professional. On return the taxi driver was early and was also very friendly and professional. Would recommend.”
