“Service not provided, driver refused to take us. We booked a car for Max 3 cases he said he would only take 2. Left stranded and anxious. Travelled by grab, no problem and cheaper. Customer service not interested, no refund for a service not provided. Won’t use them again. Would give no stars if possible”
