“We waited 1 1/2 hours before the coach left the airport. When we arrived at the bus station to get into our hotel drop off bus there was a lot of confusion. The driver dropped us off 15. Inured away from our hotel and he couldn’t give us directions. Thank goodness for our gps on our phone!
On our return we confirmed our pick up 24 hours prior as requested. I triple checked that we were being picked up from our hotel but they didn’t turn up. I called and they advised they didn’t do hotel pick ups now and we needed to make our way to bus stop 15 for the next scheduled pick up as we had been marked as a no show! We only just made our flight so I guess on this occasion this transfer was particularly unsuccessful”
“Other than not being able to easily find the Grayline bus when I first arrived, this service was on time and reliable. I transferred to a larger vehicle in Reykjavik, and waited an uncomfortably long time during which no one boarded or left. Not sure what we were waiting for.”
