“I booked a return transfer for Phuket Airport. The transfer to the hotel was just fine but for the return trip from hotel to the airport the transport didn't show up.
The pickup time was confirmed both in the website and by the "local provider" representative via WhatsApp the day before departure for the 18 Apr at 4am.
From around 4.30am I called all numbers in the contact details multiple times: two out of hours Thai numbers (one going directly to voicemail and other ringing but not answered and going to voicemail) and the UK emergency number (automated message saying it was out of office hours).
It was a pretty stressful situation and I was lucky enough to be able book another transportation to the airport with the help of a local friend but it didn't come cheap.
I also contacted the representative via WhatsApp at around 4:40am, message got delivered immediately but I never got a reply back here either.
Sent an email about this issue to customerservices at holidaytaxis.com when I arrived home (a week ago) but still waiting for a reply.”
