We had the bad luck to be on a coach that had a flat tyre on way to airport but replacement coach arrived to take us to the airport within 25 mins, so we caught flight okay. Was pleased with efficiency and none of us missed our flights. Things go wrong but it’s good to know they had a contingency plan”
