“Flight approx. 1 hour late in landing at Alicante - no holiday taxi available on landing so holiday taxis quickly arranged for local taxi to take us to hotel. On return journey holiday taxi turned up on time with an immaculately dressed driver in an S class Mercedes. Great service as usual.”

“Only problem was the pick up point was not clearly defined. I got taxi to benidorm but transferred back via coach.. pick up was hotel opposite but as it was on a corner did not know where to wait an bus left saying I was a no show which wasn't true. Luckily I was able get to another pick up point by taxi arranged by Abas. Think that pickup point should be made clearer in these circumstances especially as my hotel was listed with the other hotel which meant I believed the bus would come up my road. This obviously proved not to be the case.”
