We have made a booking with you as per the attached voucher.
The guests arrived at the Burger King meeting point at around 1440hrs and upon speaking to Mr. William for the same, he simply said it was a no show because the guest did not come out on time and the driver left at 1445hrs.
We had on purpose put the flight arrival time of 1400hrs even though the flight was arriving at 1330hrs, so that there is not much waiting time for the driver. But the driver of Mr. William's company was waiting from 1320hrs as per the flight timing and left without notice.
We all know the current situation at airports in Europe where it is taking much longer to come out of airports due to delayed baggage, immigration etc. That is the reason we mentioned a later time for pick up. But Mr. William has been so rude over the phone in spite of acknowledging the situation at the airport.
Also for your information another 4 people, friends of the guests, were picked up at the same time when they all arrived on the same flight. How and why has this driver decided to leave the airport when other guests were being picked up at the very same time.
We have asked the guest to take a cab due to this mix up. We need a full refund for this service.
