“I had to rearrange my tfr for a later time that day and I did do on the day of travel I was charged for new transfers rather than a small amendment fee. Not impressed and no acknowledgement of my complaint either as I requested the feed back to which they charged me as I had complied with what it stated on my paperwork if I need to change them. Not impressed poor customer service”
