“Journey both ways was comfortable
Punctual collection on return trip to airport, only fault was we were dropped off quite a walk away from the actual drop off point for terminal 2 with no explanation or assistance given as to why. Having to manoeuvre large heavy cases and two young children and one older lady to nearest trolley point was a task in heat.
So because of this was not very impressed.”
