“Absolutely shocking, arrived to the airport and had to walk quarter if a mile to another terminal with a child, arrived in time and transfer had gone 5 minutes previous, infact we walked past it walking to the help desk instructed to go to on the itenary. They told me the company are bad and we have to wait an hour and that they have only agreed to let me in because I have a child. When we finally got in we was dropped around the corner from the hotel and the driver was not helpful, he also closed the luggage door in my back trying to rush off. We got help finding our hotel off some local workers.
In the way back we was not collected from our hotel but another hotelbaround the corner. The coach was full and for 2hrs I had to share a seat with a 7yr old sat in my knee. Itvwas shocking. We arrived at the airport and was dropped at a titalbsiffrebt terminal and had to get in another coach for a 15 minute ride to another section of Barcelona airport. I would never recommend this service to the destination to anyone especially with young children. Waste of money. I could of got a bus cheaper.”
