“I had a terrible service - the company sent the wrong car, insisted I had made a mistake with the booking and forced me to pay an extra 25 euros for a bike box when I had already paid for it. When they realised their mistake they told me to contact customer support for a refund. I emailed over a week ago and have not heard anything back. Their representative was rude and condescending and I feel so disappointed with the service. Won’t be using them again.”
