“Horrible experience, customers service was trash & no solution for the issue at hand. When we arrived at the airport we found out that wheelchairs were PROHIBITED on shared shuttles! While booking/choosing this form of transportation that information wasn’t there & they found no solution for us. The ppl at the desk weren’t helpful at all, they were on their cellphones like they had better things to do that to help us.”
