“We have used your service in the last week. The collection from the airport was pretty straight forward except there were no car seats in the vehicle even though I'd booked 1 and 2 booster seats, however coming home was an absolute joke.
Waiting outside a b&b that we weren't even staying at after dragging our luggage a baby and 4 children for 10 min walk because your website didn't recognise the address where we were staying at only to be greeted with a Citroen C3 (4 seater car!)
The poor driver didn't speak a word of English so presenting him with my voucher that stated 7 adults 4 children and 1 infant on a private minibus meant absolutely nothing to him. The representative from holiday taxis spoke to me on the phone asking what the problem was to then tell me the booking was for 3 people, even though it stated on my voucher (attached) 7 adults, 4 children, 1 infant and max 16 cases.
After waiting in the heat for 15-20 minutes another vehicle turned up which I can only describe as a run down mini van.
The original driver was completely helpful google translating everything and apologising profusely even though it wasn't his problem, I believe the other driver was just a friend of his and nothing to do with the company which is absolutely appalling.”
