“when we arrived on the October 26 on jet2 from manchester my wife needed to be helped with a wheelchair we was taken off the plane and taken to arrivals and told to wait and a college will come in a few minutes . we waited for 3/4 of an hour still no one came so I struggled with chair and 2 had luggage threw passport control still no one helped. waited for the suitcases got a trolly . I asked person helping someone with a wheelchair and she just smiled so my wife was in the chair trying to push the trolly and me pushing the wheelchair we managed to get threw security control and still no one came to help in the main hall a young lady passenger came to help so thanks for nothing Faro airport”
