“When my delayed flight arrived at Krakow, there was no driver waiting for me. I waited a few minutes and phoned Krakow Airport Transfer. I was told the driver had gone away because my flight was delayed, and they would call me in 5 minutes to advise of a new pick-up. No call came so I phoned back after 10 minutes. They couldn't tell me much, suggesting I could have half an hour more to wait, which I said was not acceptable. They were blaming the delayed flight which makes no sense as I know all firms use flight-tracker to time arrivals, and I had no hold-ups exiting through the airport.
After another 20 minutes a driver arrived and apologised saying the first driver had had an accident so somewhere there was a lie. He took me to the Old Town and dropped me about 80m from my hotel saying it would be easy to find. He didn't give me any idea about the return pick up location.
After much effort trying to speak to the UK agent Holiday Taxis, I amended the return pick-up venue and time and Viktor picked me up without any problem.”
