Our outbound flight was delayed so I phone the taxi company in Bulgaria to say the flight was going to be delayed but I didn't know for how long. The person said no problem and the driver would be waiting for us when we landed. The flight was delayed by 3hrs meaning we would arrive at 2am, I phoned the taxi company again when we landed, the person said no problem the driver would be waiting for us. True to his word the driver was waiting for us and there was no additional fee for us arriving late (no mention of it at all). The pick up from the hotel on the return journey was exactly on time. I would highly recommend this taxi company and I would definitely use them again if I'm flying to Bourgas airport.”
