“After pick up at the airport the driver took me to a wrong hotel, and he de did not speak english. Fortunately I had been there several times before, and there was a greek tourist on the bus who could translate for me. When I should return to the airport a week later, my hotel maneges to confirm my pick up after several not answered calls to the company. My hotel found out that the company had sent me a confirmation of the pick up to a wrong hotel, but they assured that I would be picked up at the right place this time......at the pick up day and time THEY NEVER CAME.....and they did not answer any of their phonenumbers......so I had to rush to the airport in a taxi for 35 Euro. NEVER EVER am I going to use that company again.....and I will warn everybody else to do it.”
