“For my HolidayTaxing booking 1) never picked up the phone 2) didn’t show up to pick me up 3) had to call 24-7 emergency number 4) next taxi was still late 5) almost missed my flight because of HolidayTaxi being late. Very bad experience trying to get from Platanes to the airport! Going the other way form the airport to Platanes, my flight was delayed and I called the taxi number 4 times over a 2 hour period and no one picked up. I left multiple voicemails. Then I had to wait 2 hours to join the next shuttle. Was too long of a wait. So both ways on this route was awful.”
