“There was a collection time mix up, I logged in 24hrs before flight (as instructed) and was shown a pick up time of 15.55. When the pick arrived, my name was not on the list, on speaking to the controller by phone she stated my pick up was 13.55 an she tried calling me, there was no missed call on my phone so someone is being untruthful.
For the second time with Holiday Taxis I've paid twice as I had to get and pay for a taxi to the airport. Never Again, they pay no attention to their errors or customer complaints.”
