“I missed my transfer due to delayed flights. Along with loads of others. We were put on a coach with 60+ people with 2/3 people getting off at each stop. It was over 3 hours, getting thrown around in pitch black darkness. Horrible journey. Then I had to move accommodation and contacted to see if pick up could be moved to new accommodation I was told no. So I said OK I'll arrange alternative. So I got a taxi back to airport only to be harassed by holiday taxis asking where I was but I kept being cut off. I would NOT recommend this service. Its cheap for a reason!”

“Driver used his mobile whilst driving. No air con. Had to wait nearly 1 hour before leaving airport to collect 2 passengers. Therefore got to our hotel too late for dinner.”
