“Driver was over an hour late when we arrived to the country. No way of tracking or making sure they’re still turning up, we kept ringing the phone number provided who told us they’re close by but wasn’t.
On return the driver was exactly on time, started smoking whilst we are all in the car. The car was dirty and not well kept.
It was also described as a minibus but was just a taxi.
But overall we received a transfer service but wouldn’t recommend if you want a reliable service.”
