“Paid for private taxi for 2, for both drop off and pick up.
On collection from airport were taken in minibus with 4 others who were going to totally different resort and got dropped off first. So our 35 minute transfer time took 1hour 40minutes. ?
Our expected taxi for 2 back to airport, was in fact a 19 seater minibus, with not enough luggage space, so several cases were put along the gangway inside the bus between the seats. A definite health and safety hazard !!!

Bookings were made online on 16/8/22.
They have failed to refund a cancelled transfer for 23/8/22 despite promise to refund within 7:10 working days.
They sent a shared shuttle on 26/8/22 instead of the private car we booked and paid for.”
“The local drivers were great but Holiday Taxis are awful. They did not provide the service we paid for and still have not responded to my emails or refunded the money they now owe. We prepaid for booster seats for our two young children which were not provided. Terrible customer service and we will not be using them again.”
“Collection on arrival good if what a bit 'speedy' on the motorway. Return collection initially a bit challenging as we were asked to walk to the bus station instead of collecting us from outside our accommodation, reason being given was traffic and unable to find accommodation. We said no and that we had booked pick-up from accommodation. Turned up around 5 minutes later after our 'host' spoke to them directly. Other than that no issues”
