“Very easy booking process for a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back again. Our flight was delayed arriving but it was no issue. We were greeted in arrivals, very easy to find the staff and were led to the bus. The guide on the bus gave us loads of info about the area and were so nice speaking to us. On our return we got an email to say our flight details couldn't be found so we contacted them and they amended the details without issue. We got a phonecall about 24hrs before letting us know where and when we would be picked up.
