“Cab was not there when we arrived and we were forced instead to take a public taxi. Assured by text we would be reimbursed but no refund so far received. Utter failure of service. Cost of booked service almost double that of public taxi at the airport taxi rank.”
“The driver was great. He was waiting for us on arrival and was very helpful with our luggage. The only thing I would say is the cost I paid over £30 and yet when I booked a taxi direct with the hotel to go back to the airport it was only £13”
