“I think it is important to know (and I do not blame holiday taxis for this) that depending on the country you go to depends on the outcome of what you booked and or actually get.
Upon visiting Morocco I paid for two cars to collect us from the airport. Not only did just one arrive they refused to provide two and the car that did arrive was given to another family (due to me questioning matters with them) leaving my 70 year old mother standing in a car park (in the heat) waiting for another car for 40 minutes. When the car did arrive we was all squashed into a small car with our luggage for the 30 minute drive. Not what I requested and or paid for.”
