“They were 45 minutes late picking us up from Dubrovnik airport to take us to Cavtat. On the day of our return to Dubrovnik airport they were 40 minutes late and when i rang them to find out where they were they could not find my booking even though they had texted me earlier that day to confirm they would be picking us up at 19.45 and to be ready 15 minutes before.!!!!!!!”
