“So after landing in the Santo Domingo airport we had to search almost the entire airport before finding our Nexus representative who was ironically eating ice cream tucked away in a corner the actual drive to the hotel was fine and without incident bus was clean driver was polite. When we arrived at the hotel we were told to contact the Nexus representative who was supposed to be stationed at the hotel property to schedule and organize or transfer back to the airport and any excursions we may want to indulge in but he was never physically present at the hotel we communicated they WhatsApp his name is ROLSON and he seemed more interested in selling us excursions than scheduling or transfer back to the airport, because he was never physically present on any day of our 4 day stay we decided to buy the excursions from another rep who was physically present and able to both explain to us what was to be expected and gave us a better price once we made ROLSON aware that we purchased the excursions from someone else he stopped responding to all forms of communication regarding or transfer back to the airport I had to contact holidaytaxis directly and they helped to make things right the experience was ok but could have been an easy 5 stars if some of the reps were more professional”
