“Unfortunately this was a very poor experience and start to our holiday. We found the agent at the airport easily but were told we were waiting for 2 more people, which we presumed, wrongly to be from the same flight. After 45 mins of waiting we asked the driver what was going on. He was able to tell us through the wonderful world of Google translate we would wait another 15 mins and then go if they do not come and that they were from a different flight!! So no show finally we set off, oh but 15 mins down the road the driver got a call (not hands free by the way....) and turned the vehicle round only for my husband and I to rant at him asking what the h..l is going on. Again he used Google translate to tell us the other couple had turned up. When we got back to the airport my husband tried to speak with the Agent and asked for a manager of course nobody available!! Trying to express your annoyance and dissatisfaction to somebody who doesn't understand (or choose to understand) is very frustrating.
So we finally set off on the road again and then to add insult to injury the other passengers were dropped off first but by this time I had lost the will to protest anymore. Over 2.5 hours later we eventually arrived at our hotel. All we can hope is that the journey back is less hassle and certainly less stressful!”
