“Unfortunately, Taxi ride was unavailable for approximately half an hour, and although we paid for a 7 passenger vehicle, we were put in a small dilapidated 4 person taxi from the airport to our destination in Playa del Carmen. On the return back a seven passenger vehicle did arrive however it too was quite old.
We even in fact, wrote to Holiday Taxis in the chat box and emailed them and still have yet to receive a response or apologies or credit.”
