“We booked a holiday taxi from a resort near Tulum to the Cancun Airport. The taxi (VW van) was on time, clean, relatively new and we arrived at the airport on schedule. The driver was professional, safe and cordial. The only thing that was problematic was contacting the taxi dispatch but this was handled by the hotel front desk with little difficulty.”
