“We have used Holiday Taxi to take us from Cancun airport to our hotel a few times now. Usually a good experience. But a couple of things.
1) When we booked a private hire, why do we have to wait around the airport for 20min for our car?? It's not like we are waiting for more people to fill a shared van? Odd.
2) We arranged a collection time to suit our flight, and he was 30min late for the collection. We made our flight with no issues, but didn't need the stress.
Besides those two, the drivers are nice, and the drive is smooth, and fast.”

“I was upset by not being picked up on previous journey. Welcome person got nasty when I queried him about it, and refused to take me to the taxi and just pointed, someone else had to show us where instead. The taxi driver was ok but never spoke to us, having caught the atmosphere.”
