“I had a great transfer to my hotel, but this leg going back was really bad. Just no communication received at all with a pickup time.
I didn't receive a confirmation email/text of pick up time.
I had to try 4 different phone numbers before I got through to someone you could inform me what was going on for my pick up. If it wasn't for the help of a Spanish speaking hotel receptionist, I would never have learnt when my pick up was going to happen.
I was picked up the next morning, nice comfortable big bus, all was good....but the lack of confirmation of this transfer was very poor.
I have since contacted Holiday taxis informing them of my problems, a week ago, and have not heard back yet.
its a shame as I have used this company many times, and they have been spot on, but on this occasion, they have dropped the ball big time.”
