“It is unfortunate that our driver could not speak or understand english as a fight brome out on our bus which caused passengers alot which were families to feel scared and uncomfortable which we should not of been made to feel like on our journey to our holiday resort . If our driver could speak or understand basic English this may of been able to prevent or difuse the situation earlier . But the fight broke out we had to stop of at another hotel on route and the police got called which resulted in us being later on than already was arriving at our resort at approx after midnight again not ideal especially for families .”
