“No communication from the bus driver on arrival at Palma Airport just get on the bus. Ended up being on the bus for 2hours rather than the 45mins advertised! Cancelled the return journey as we didn't want the same going back to Palma and didn't receive any acknowledgement. Won't use again sadly.”
